Flahing PSU

My snap 1100's psu start to flash as soon as i connect it. there are no lights on the snap and the fan is not turning, Any one got any ideas. I presume it is a power supply problem but it could be a short on the board or a damaged component. If anyone has any ideas please reply.

Sounds like the PS may be over loaded or has failed. They are pretty robust switching PS. but they do fail from time to time. Use a Volt meter and check the output with nothing connected.
