Corona wind - airflow generated with no moving parts. I'll bet they had fun presenting this to the suits.
I think I've witnessed this phenomenon before :D

I was just pointing out that there's a lot of work going on in that area.

The new 45nm chips have such reduced cooling needs that there's speculation that the 35nm chips are going to kill the cooler market.
