Hello i have a Snap server 410 and i cant join a active directory domain windows 2003 server


Server Model: Snap Server 410
OS Version: GuardianOS 5.0.133

He make me crazy , if anyone have advices , ideas your'e welcome

Have you tried setting a host file entry under Maintenance heading to point to AD server? Also are you running wins or dns server and are they properly set up on the snap?

I use dns and Wins server and they correctly defined .

I try to add entry under host section for my domain with two methods

first method second method
Ip adress : 10.13.11.90 (DC ip adress) ip adress : 10.13.11.90 (DC ip adress)

Host name : domain.name Host name : name of the DC

Alias : nothing Alias : nothing


but in both case , i can add my Snap to the domain , but the ACL still doesnt show the domain or domain group

When i try trough telnet the command domain list or domain get the result is empty line
