Which TEC Swiftech uses?

Does anyone know what TEC Swiftec MCW-6500-T has?

U max I max DT max Q max L ×W×H(mm) R(Ω)
15.2 VDC 24 A >67 ° C 226.1 W 50 × 50 × 3.10 0.48

Specs stated suggest that this is really some TEC.

I recently bought one off ebay. It is Chinese, so quality sucks big time.

It's a 400watt with Qmax of 174W. The quality is so bad that it's ceramic plates are cracking and breaking up.

I am thus looking for a quality TEC which has similar or better specs than swiftec, US make.
