Getting a Water Cooler up and running

I am looking for something thats not over $200 dollars and I want a water cooler because my tbird 1.2ghz gets very hot and my room is naturally hot and I wanted to know what I should get and where I should get it in terms of radiator and so on and so forth.. I am lookin for something that is rather quiet so I will proabably have to stick with a papst fan as well :).. and good ideas and hints and tips would be greatly appreciated just float me an email at doeboy@nc.rr.com I would be very pleased to hear from your experience and what are the best things to get....

I'm looking for pretty much that exact same thing. Any helpful comments/links would be greatly appreciated by me as well.
