OverClock-Watercool Crap

When building a new computer I wanted everything to be the best, so I dicided to go with a water cooled CPU. Second week in december I ordered a minimalist unit from Overclock-watercool.com. Upon returning from Vacation on Janurary 3rd, my package still had not arrived. after contacting Chip at the company, he apologized for the lateness of the package and shipped me the system overnight. upon arrival, the package was missing the CPU block. He then apologized again, and it took a few more days to send me the water block. After a week of operation, the apparently hand assembled pumped leaked. After resealing it with silicon cocking, the intake on the pump failed. After sending the pump back, it took yet another week and a half for the new pump to arrive. Upon arrival, the new pump had a broken fitting. I has to super glue parts back together in order for it to work. Save yourself sometime and money, and order your equipment from elsewhere.

Thats truely too bad you had those problems.

Sounds like a string of bad luck. and yes his products are put together by hand, and are inspected. I am thinking that your sealant job with teh silicone some how got into the impeller casing and froze the impeller in place.

but thats just my guess.

Chip has been nice, but it just seems everything about the company is very unprofessional.

I don't think that is gonna happen anymore now that he is using Cole as his reseller...

Yeah December was totally bad luck. It took me well over 2 weeks to get my AquaStealth II kit, but fortunatly it worked fine with some modding on my end to make it superb http://www.procooling.com/ubb/smile.gif

The big momma is a heater core right? Anyone know what model of vehicle it came from? I've tried a transmission oil cooler but my rad from BeCooling had better results(and a smaller size)
BTW,I'm still waiting on an order from Chip.Made it on Feb14. He seems nice enough but it's still the runaround.

Well luckily now you can get all your OCWC stuff from CaseEtc, they ship instantly, and tell you whether or not stuff is in stock.
