Woohoo! YY Cube case comin' my way! Starting a new ProCooling Project...
I just ordered it. My 2 radiators are coming from OCWC. The DangerDen blocks are here. I got my dremel from eBay... gotta get some CaseEtc stuff... Let the games begin! I will be doing some articles about this setup. I think i'm gonna call this system Black Ice (cuz it is a black cube of a case running at VERY low temps). BTW... In case you guys aren't familiar w/ the case, http://www.servercase.com/ImageFiles/SC0210.html http://www.directron.com/yy0221bk.html
Any suggestions on what you would like to see in this project before I get started on it? Here's what it will for sure have in it: peltier on CPU at least a total of 4 peltiers 5v peltiers a window mod (probably 2) lighting mods digital baybus advanced electronics system some other stuff http://www.procooling.com/ubb/smile.gif... wait and see This project has some schematics drawn, but nothing is concrete. What would you guys like to see in this system? I want this to be really cool, and it would help me if the ProCooling community could give me some ideas BEFORE i start so I can incorporate them. I'm looking for case mod/cooling ideas. Thanks. [This message has been edited by Kevin (edited 01-04-2001).] |
hmm i am not too sure of the dimensions of the case, but how about getting the biggest fan you can get your hands on and sticking it on the side so it fits perfectly?

make a watersink Http://www.overclock-watercool.com out of a alpha or a global win and put pelts on the back, it would work like a radiator but w/ no fan, so it's quiet!

I forgot to mention that. I will have a radiator that cools the water to roughly room temp. Then there will be 3 50w pelts cooling the water... So instead of using it as a radiator, i'm using it as a chiller.
