Precision Oiler With TEFLON®
I was looking for dielectric grease and the sales guy @ radioshack recommended me this thing called
Precision Oiler With TEFLON® Can it be used instead of dielectric grease and vaseline in the socket? 'cause I can't locate a place that sells dielectric grease close by in NYC. Thanks, Al Edit: the link doesn't work, probably because it's damn too long... look at this: http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...908437061765D8 Edit2: Ok. Hey Kevin, how is this stupid radioshack link supposed to work here, am I doing something wrong? any ideas? Can you guys do me favor and just copy/paste "Cat.#: 64-2301" as a search term @ radioshack.com Thx;0) |
that link works fine.
EDIT: oh yeah the stuff, it looks a little thin for use instead of dieletric grease. A better bet looks like http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...5Fid=64%2D2326 |
You might try this link if you are unsure of the product from Radio Shack. You may also want to try looking at Auto Parts stores for bulb grease.

go with lubrex
I'd have to go safe and order a tube of lubrex from sidewinder computers on thier site.
