danger dangerden wont answer
 
Hi i know that danger den is a very popular and known WB makers. But i order almost a month ago my new water cooling system and they already bill my card with the order but havent receive anything from them. I have email them 3 times i think already and no answer. does any one know what happend to them???

just send an email to everyone at their site, but normally I never have a problem, and I hear of very few problems

i have email 3 times alredy to sales@dangerden.com with no answer. They just email me saying the order was ship jan 23
i live in Puerto Rico but we still use same postal service (USPS, UPS AND FEDEX):drool:

I'd beleive them that they've shipped it, maybe you should ask the puerto rico postage people about it

i beleive is not the postal people, i have receive other package last week from USPS that is suppose to be the same people who ship the WBs, and then ... why they dont answer my emails asking for status ??:cry:

What you need is a tracking number. Danger Den did not reply to an email of mine about 10 days ago.

My situation was in no way as pending as yours. Do they list a phone number on their site? Also if you paid with a credit card you have recourse.

i ask for them but they told me the order were already shiped (1/24/02) they told me to go check to my country postal office but there is nothing:shrug: :cry:

Puerto Rico, we use same postal service as USA.

That explains the problem.

DD shipped my stuff UPS. I suppose UPS doesn't work with Puerto Rico and that's why he shipped USPS. I hope he insured it.

Best I can do is hope you get it soon, I can imagine how frustrated you are.

Do you get mail on Saturday down there?

UPS works on PR i have ordered some stuffs and gets on UPS FEDEX AND USPS all works in PR (we are part of USA).

Wonder why he didn't ship UPS then? Lots of questions here, no answers from me sorry to say. I just hope it arrives tomorrow or Monday.
