i wonder what kind of performance it has...looks like what other ppl are doing (multiple channels instead of 1). too bad it costs too much for those blocks (not to mention the shipping costs of shipping them to the US).
i wonder if performance would increase a little if they used all copper instead of copper / plexi?

yeah it does look cool, as for performance, I'm sure we'll see it on dansdata fairly soon

actually we have 2 locals doing a review in about 2 weeks. Should be interesting, testing the whole new series (Cyclone 5/4/3, 5X being the model shown above, X designating clear top) against the old Cyclones.

over here in aussie there actually a fair bit cheaper than a maze 2

There is the option to have a copper top, but I doubt performance would increase, as the block consists of two pieces separated by a rubber o-ring, so - correct me if I am wrong - there could only be minimal improvements in overall thermal convection.

Unfortunately, the internal flow channels look fairly narrow. What do you guys think the effect of this would be on flowrate, given there are multiple paths the water can take?

that would make sense, but what if it was soldered on? the channels are narrow, but there are 3 channels in parrallel (or at least it looks that way. i need a top-down pick to make them out better). the additional internal surface area should help it cool better then if there was just 1, wider channel...

heh, im 'watercooled' now. guess that means i gotta buy my waterblocks now :D
oh, i wish PC's Socket A WB roundup was finished, that would make choosing a little easier (or at least more comfortable).

it is 3 channels, I have to say that I like their overall setup, with the 3 differant blocks. I also have to note the LED support, just like stevo's block
