get vapochill w/o getting that dumb case

I am expecting to get a new job soon that pays $20/hour, and am currently researching some new cooling options so that i could burn that money as soon as possible. One thing i have looked at is the vapochill cooler. The problem is, they don't sell just the vapochill unit, you have to buy it pre installed in a dumb looking case. Is there a way i can get a vapochill without getting a dumb case, or is there another product out there that is similar or the same as vapochill?

I would appreciate any help, and thank you in advance

<edit>sorry, i posted twice on accident. I hit the back button, and went back to the page after you hit [post], and it posted a second time.</edit>

Not something I'd personally want to be putting on my core, but whatever floats your boat...

I'm pretty sure you can buy the parts seperately, just not from them.

who would sell these parts? pus, i dont have any experience in building a refrigerator from scratch. Are there any good instructions?

why not use a normal compressor setup, it will be cheaper, and more powerful

I think he's looking more along the lines of 'where can I buy a normal compressor setup' and 'where can I find instructions on how to do it'.

I don't know either of which, maybe someone does?

There's a thread in this forum labelled "Check this out: Vapor Phase Cooler" that has a link to a premade cooler like that which you seek. Last post to it was 3-7-02. But it is $$$ and nobody here can vouch for it that has spoken up yet.
