ATX power supply question
Hey guys,
I'm curious what the differences are between an AT and ATX power supplies? The question is in reference to making a serial connection between two ATX psus. I'm already aware of the difference in mobo pin connectivity and that ATX has a 3.3V output and +5Vsb, but AT doesn’t. Anyways, I've been a lurker for some time and you guys definitely know your stuff. Thx for the help. |
atx uses the power button connected through the mobo to turn it on/off, while at just turns off the 240v, apart from that there isn't too much differance
