What do you think of this design?

The new Maze 3 brought this design back to mind that I had laying around. The design itself was thought up by webmedic and I told him i would try to make one. I got the drawing made but when I went to run it through the CAM software the code was all messed up. I ran out of time to work on it so I gave up.

But anyway what do you think. The channel is huge. It would have a high volume of water going through it. It was made for 1/2" ID barbs.

Just so i can better visualize what it'll look like what are the heights that correspond with the colors?

Yeah that would help!!!:D The outside rectangle black line is the overall size of the block. 2"x3".

The Green oval circle is the channel for the O ring. The black line inside that is the wall of the channel.

Ignore the yellow and the green inside lines as that is the tool path for the CNC mill. Over the inlet will be the three posts where the inside green lines are.

Looks cool.... wonder how well it'd perform...

yeah knowing what they all mean really helped a lot... thought the yellow and green lines represented like a topographical kindof thing... :) different heights in the block....

wonder if it'd cool better if the inlet part that u have was moved to where the core would be... or is it already?

Looks cool

The inloet is very close to where the core is. Any closer and the channels wouldbe screwed up. I started one to where the inlet is pretty much centered over the core. I just need to finish tweaking the code and I can mill it. But that will be a while. need parts and bits for the mill.
