Newcomer to elaborate cooling systems
 
Where can I learn more about this? I haev a Pentium 180Mhz... I dont' really think this chip needs any elaborate cooling system. Please help me learn more?

Hey Zef, I had a Pentium 180 at one point also!

You can prolly Overclock it to 225(thats running at 83Mhz I think.. been a while)

Cooling for a socket chip on a mb is pretty slim unless you are dealing with a celeron 370 on a "sloket" converter to a slot1 mother board. what you can do is take a look at www.coolchip.com to see what kind of coolers they carry for a socket 7 chip like yours. I think you will be restricted to using a Heatsink/Fan setup instead of a liquid cooling setup untill you venture into the P3 or sloket Celeron 370 chips.

I think in your case Zefram you might think about a alpha peltier with huge heatsink and big fan, if it fits in your case. that should be enough cooling power for you to run at 83mhz FSB.
