Where can I get a good 1/2 inch 'Y' splitter for a bleed line?
 
Do they sell this sort of thing at Home Depot? Local Petsmart? I don't want anything that will seriously limit flow.

Yeah but those only have 2 barbs. It won't do much good for me since I don't have anything that I could screw that splitter into. What I need is something with 1/2 barbs on all 3 sides.

just go buy the third barb and a coupling from home depot.
