I just got all my stuff for watercooling...And I have 2 120mm in the side of my case!!!

I need them for the rad, but what about the holes?

I guess im going to HAVE to put a window in...But...I dont want to order one, So what should I use...? Some Plexi? WHat should I use for a border? Hose? Some sort of tubing?

Thanks for any ideas!

If you want the same stuff that they are selling online goto your local place that doese toppers for trucks and pickup some of the stuff they use to fit the windows for those things. Then get
yourself a piece of plexiglass. Thats exactly what those shopps are selling for 25-40$ bucks and it's only about 10$ in parts at the most.

Go down to your local hardware store and pick up a sheet of lexan and make a custom window, thats what I do. Then attach it with some velcro squares from the inside and get some thin black trim like you use for fan holes and it makes a clean looking window mod:)

Hmm, What do you use for trim?

FRAGN'STIEN 05-19-2002 01:03 PM

the thin black trim that you would use for fan holes:D What you want to do is cut the shape you want in the side of your case but dont cut that same shape out of the lexan. Instead cut the lexan to fit the shape of that side of the case (rectangle). Attach the lexan to the inside of the side with the velcro(you can use silicon as well but I like to use velcro it makes it easier to get off incase I need to change it). From the outside of the case the lexan will look like the shape you cut out. Then put the trim on the edge to finish off the look:cool:
