need a slow fan

i need to move as little air as possible (and yet still have SOME airflow).. Most fans move anywhere from 50-80 cfm. I need something arounf 10 cfm or less..
The idea is to have a "breeze"... where the air still moves, but barely. Anyone know of a way to do that?

Im open to ideas that dont involve fans too. Thanks

you can buy fairly slow fans from caseetc, if you want them slower you can just run them at a lower voltage

why... what for? How big a fan?

You could just take a normal fan and 7volt or 5volt it.
