cutting plastic

My case is made of metal but the front is plastic. Its got a slight curve to it(the plastic) . Anyway I want to cut a blowhole in it but I think drilling on curved plastic would be hard plus I dont want it to melt or crack if I push too hard. Anyone got any ideas on cutting it?

A jigsaw with a fine tooth blade would do fine, or you could use a dremel with a carving bit. Melting the plastic shouldnt be too much of a problem. Usually in my expirences just the plastic sawdust shards melt around the bit, leaving about a 1mm or less ring that you can just pick or grind off, leaving a clean hole. You might be able to use oil or some type of libricant to keep the plastic from melting.
