Black Ice Pro or Extreme?
 
Wondering which one has better flow rate. I was kinda confused by the website.

Also any general recomendations on either one are appreciated.

If you mean "best at not restricting flow" then you're talking about the Extreme.

the BIX is better overall, but it does cost a little more
