How well will this cool?
http://www.delta-transparts.com/MM007.ASP?pageno=30 do u guys think the HAYDEN TRANSAVER 20000 GVW would cool about the same as the big mamma? Its going to be cooling a T-bird 1.33 ayhja week21 @1.61Ghz with 2.17Vs pumping though it.

Each have a pair of 120MM fans tie wraped. Work Very well. That big guy might hang four 92MM fans. Cheers :) - :) |
My concern would be the aluminum tubing. It's best to stay one material. If Big Momma is to expensive, you could try the D-Tek cooler core. $42.00, 1/2" fittings and just like Big Momma other than they painted the tanks silver.

get a heater core. they provde better cooling than the tube fin design and I got mine for 3.50.

Since that radiator is already Al anyway, you might as well get a $25 heatercore from your local autoparts store. Don't let the price fool you, those things can move some serious heat. Too bad copper ones are so rare.

I'm going to call the junkyard on monday and see if I can get one or two cheap copper heatercores.

Chevy Chevettes have a good unit. It's about 6x7x2, with tank mounted lines (come towards front, not up from top). This is about the smallest (easily found) core. Baically looks exactly like Big Momma once you mount barbs.
