Silver Digital Doc5
Does anyone know what material the silver digital doc5's faceplate is made out of? Is it just plastic with silver coating or aluminum?

I suspect that it is plastic. Just paint your old one if you are looking for one.

yeah, it is just that--silver plastic. i emailed pcmods and asked. what is some good paint that will really stick to the digital doc5?

i dunno about sticking but get some enamel type stuff so it doesn't crack and look bad:)
