Decent pelt PSU for $59, 30 amps at 12V

Here

It will not work on a standard ATX mobo, it is for the dual Tyan boards for Athlon MP which required a 24 pin connector. I spoke with Newegg and these are new units returned because people did not realize that they were for the Tyan board.

30 amps at 12V and 30 at 5v, not bad for $59. Free shipping.

The only thing you would have to do is hot wire it right?

Yup, I bought two of them, the second one was down to $49.

All you need to do is find the green wire (power on) on the ATX connector and connect your existing power supply's green wire to it, and a ground. It will now fire up at the same time as your existing PSU. You may also need to wire the gray wire(power OK indicator) to ground, but this is not always necessary.

The best thing about this deal is that if your case can take two ATX power supplies it fits right inside and you do not need to modify anything. 30 amps at 12V is a great deal for $49-$59.

This power supply can also be modified to work as a standard 20 pin ATX power supply. I took the ATX connector and pulled the wires out, then reinstalled them in a 20 pin ATX connector from an old PSU.
