Can i add water wetter for this pump. Because the paper that came with the box said the pump is not made for sending oil?

Absolutely.
Water Wetter is not oil.
The pump won't work with oil very well, because of the viscosity of the oil (it's a thick liquid).

how much watter wetter should i put in. I don;t have a res so im not sure how much to put in

Assume you have 1/2 gallon of coolant in your system. What do the instructions say?

i 3-4 cap full for every quart
