Touchey-Glowey Switches, how?

You've seen them, namely on the Apple Cinema Display monitors and other mac flat panels (and towers, maybe, i dunno)

How do you build one?

I think some guy on [H] made one but I can't find his thread any more.

I'm thinking a couple for power/reset, where touching the switch pulses on an LED and completes a circuit somewhere, switching on my comp (the "pulsing" circuit is available on bit-tech).

And maybe a touch switch to open my hydraulic case front cover, where the touch switch circuitry actually cuts off a sircuit somewhere, disengages an electromagnet, and drops the door (just an idea rant there, don't mind me)

Thanx in advance!!
