Hello to all that have been following this project.

I am glad to say that after 3 months of work, it is finally completed.

I'm curious about the case you used. How does that case do for electromagnetic interference? Do you notice any problems? I'm sorely tempted to make a cube style case out of acrylic once the hammers come out, but I worry about interference with my 802.11b network. If it'll be a problem, I'll probably make a carbon fiber outer shell with copper mesh inside or something.

i have had a plexi case had no problems

were did you get the 90degree 4 pin molex connecters for the drives i want to do that with my computer witch has now 4 hdd 3 cd rom but will have 6 hdd and 4 cdrom when i get a new job
so i need to clean up clut

The right angle "molex" connectors are available through www.digi-key.com

Search for item number A14385-ND. The result will come back as "conn plug 4pos 18AWG Mate-N-LO" This connector is made specifically for 18 guage wire. These connectors are $0.47/each.

You must also get a cover for these connectors. Search for item number A255439. The result will come back as "CMNL IDC COVER.
These covers are $0.15 each.

As always very good questions.

I do not have final results as my focus has been on completing the project and not testing or benchmarking. but here are my preliminary findings:
Ambient temp = 23 dgrees
Case temp = 25 degrees
CPU 0 = 28 degrees
CPU 1 = 29 degrees
Chip 0 temp = 40 degrees
Chip 1 temp = 42 degrees
VCore 0 = 1.87 V
VCore 1 = 1.89 V
The average coolant temperature within the circuit is 32 degrees +/- 2 degrees.
FSB = 150 Mhz
Multiplier = 13
2100+MP processors are now recognized as 2400+ (1950 mhz)
VIO voltage has not been adjusted
Memory settings are 2-2-1 (Using Corsair XMS 3200 sticks)

Fans are set at their lowest settings for noise control...very acceptable to me.

I am pleased with the outcome as far as aesthitics are concerned.

The filling and priming processes functioned quickly and effectively. It took over 24 hours to completely bleed the system...somewhat disappointing...but acceptable.

If I had to do it over...I would save my money and visit you in France instead :)

I will have final results and better data next week.

Those results are awesome, given the setup (dual CPU + NB) ! Ah i whish i had such a good rad...

Note: you mixed up CPU and NB figures...??? :-) (or else that would be 5°C over ambient, duh)

The bleeding was long because your airtrap inlet is so close to the outlet, i've seen that (with my airtrap), bubbles dont even bother going up, instead they follow the flow....

Hey hey France can be a great place but dont go to Paris, it's grey, polluted, ugly, and ppl aren't friendly. Try Strasbourg or Lyon, these are nice cities. And Strasbourg has an awesome medieval center (with houses built between 1100 and 1300 !). Uh oh i'm getting OT and long :p

(edit) oops did U actually watercool the NB ? i've got a doubt... if not 5°C over ambient for the CPU with straight WC sounds like thermal probe problems :p

a) rarely can you use the word 'completed'
b) completion is very boring...you are gonna start getting the itch
c) once the boredom itch sets in...please see point a.
