Why should the fan Pull air from the rad. ?

Why is it, that many says that the fan should pull the air, and not push the air through the rad. ?

Can you give a link, to someone who explains this ?

If the air is blown into the rad, some of it "bounces" of its surface rather than flowing through the fins. Sucking the air through creates a relative vacuum between the rad fins, sucking air in. It results in a better flow between the rad fins.
