Just a few suggestions for the look:

On the filler tube, cut it shorter so it isn't bent and also so the "T" is higher up, making the tube from the vidcard horisontal and the tube from the pump in a nice arc without touching the bottom of the case. Also try to make some kind of mounting system for the filler tube. You could also replace the plastic "T" with a copper one. Should be less restricting since the ID usually is bigger in the copper version.

Another thing you could do is to switch the tubes between the radiator barbs for a nicer tube management.

Not that any of this will make the system run cooler or anything, just a bit more visual stimulating :)

The "T" is 5/8" x 1/2", so it doesn't have much restriction on the 1/2" or 3/8" tubing.

Regarding the position of the lines to/from rad: I was concerned with the tighter curve the other way. Maybe I will give it a try this evening though. I could possibly be out of 1/2" silicone however.
