Looks gorgous!, Can you explain the machining on the bottom of the plate, are those four lowered parts for the RAM?...

Very nice looking blocks :)

Are you going to polish up the inside of the milled-out plexi?

Yo-DUH_87 10-22-2002 03:49 PM

Nice  have you been able to test it yet?

morphling1 10-30-2002 01:43 PM

Thanks everybody for nice words

Maybe you noticed that my above shown block could not fit on the 4200 card because of condensator between top ddr chips, so in the past few days I started making new block this time also for 4200 and its condensator.
I also needed to change positions of the fittings because of that condensator there is no room for two fitting there, so I moved the inlet it's now directly over gpu core and works as jet- impingement nozzle also made dimples on surface of the copper for more turbolent flow.
Here are copper plates

And today I finished new pleksy top put in o-ring and assemble everything , then did some 2bars water preasure test and everything was perfect no leaks

Here is another shot of block with some water left inside

Before I install it on my card, I need to make voltmods...
