waterrat 12-09-2002 07:39 PM

airspirit 12-10-2002 05:16 PM

You can find 40GB+ HDDs on pricewatch for the $50 range or less usually, after shipping. Try that.

waterrat 12-10-2002 05:39 PM

airspirit I am going to try it now

I bought a pump,it is to big, IWAKI MAGNET PUMP; MD40RT-115NL .
52 liters per minute with 6.5meter head
it is a big mother,145w power consumption to big.
I paid $65.00 for it retail in the 100's

Archmage 12-14-2002 04:27 PM

ahah yes...but the pump below that one is fine..in fact, I have it! the md30 series ! I paid about 90+ for mine though! Got it new/un-used....works great.

waterrat 12-14-2002 08:04 PM

that thing is allmost 1 foot long 3/4" inlet outlet.
thinking of making a bong will use it for the shower head

LiquidRulez 12-15-2002 03:31 PM

With that kind of pressure, you better make a big bong, as it will be using alot of water everyday.

waterrat 12-15-2002 03:53 PM

the bong is just an idea,it is to humid here in Miami.
My wife would kill me if I drill two holes in the family room to set it outside
so for now it is just collecting dust until I get rid of it

Well I have these two matching chunks of copper, that eventually will end up into something that might look like this.....

http://3rotor.homelinux.com/images/c...P05854_sml.JPG

It might also somehow find it's way over to you.... how much are you willing to spend on a high performance Athlon block?....

waterrat 12-31-2002 03:19 PM

thank's,#Rotor I'm flat brock after christmast.I will have to wait a while before I can buy any thing:(

#Rotor 12-31-2002 06:10 PM

hmm ya.... that flat broke feeling... :) I know it all too well indeed...

waterrat 12-31-2002 06:46 PM

how much you usually ask for your blocks any way. That would give me un idea when to start buging you

#Rotor 12-31-2002 08:43 PM

they go for about $50 usd, depending on how many hoops I get asked to jump through.... this one is surplus, so you will proly end up paying about 45 (shipping included)
