If the shell is not running of the place where you got the dhs it should still be up. Someone post the ip.

goto Start-> Run
type -> command
type-> tracert 216.127.94.135
this will show if you got a bad(overloaded) router between you and the server. you can also --> ping 216.127.94.135 <-from the command line, but if ya got bad routes it won't do anygood. have you guys tried the webchat too? can you connect with it?
