suggestions/comments on final WC system plan

hello everyone.
after some research and talking to people, ive decided on a WC system that i think will work. my main goal here is performance, not silence. i just want to have a well-thought-out system so i am asking for opinions. please take a look. i have a antec sx830 case, and a AXP 1800+ on an epox 8k5a2+.

inline setup w/hose clamps + t-line (havent decided placement)

pump: iwaki md-20rlzt
radiator: chevette heater core + barbs + shroud
fan: mechatronics 120mm 126cfm (maybe 2)
waterblock: white-water
tubing: 1/2"ID clearflex or tygon (havent decided)
coolant: distilled water +2oz water wetter
the heater core will be in the front of my case.
the pump will just sit on the bottom of the case.
pump --> heater core --> WW --> pump
ill have one 120mm top exhaust as well.

comments are appreciated
thanks for helping out a newb

I had an Iwaki MD-20RT, and I could not fit it in my case and it is bigger than your case. The 20 series pumps are very big and doubt you will fit the pump on the floor of the case with the rad there too. Other than that, setup looks good to me. I went with the MD-15R, it is much smaller than the 20 series and obviously not as powerful but it does boast a 3.4 meter head, my Eheim 1250 only had 2 meter head so it is a nice improvement.

wow thats surprising that it doesnt fit...
theres plenty of space on the bottom of my case...
isnt the 20rzt 5x5x10?

Yes, roughly but then you have the hose to connect to the top of the pump! You need like 12- 13 inches easy for the pump if it is laying down. Look at this thread I just posted, with my rad and shrouds, the pump was too big to lay down and run the hose...

Overkill for the pump, noisy as hell for the fans. But it will work greatly. Have fun :)

I have those fans on my HC and they're very loud at 12v but I run them at 7-9v all the time so they're comparable to other 120mm fans at that speed. Awesome airflow as well but I strongly recommend a FanBus/RheoBus.
