Thermaltake Aquarius II
Hi!
I would like some opinions and thoughts on the aquarius II. I know it doesn't seem as a hardcore pro config but since I want to make it cheap and easy the kit doesn't seem quite good. Anyway speak out! :) Aquarius II A picture of the rig |
It has been discussed upon in the 'cooling news' subforums.
The fan is only 80x80mm. I don't see how it would be better than an Alpha or a Swiftech HSF. And the rest is hmmmmmm.. koolance level. Without the nice case. |
For the price, you can build a much better system.

At first, I took a look at the Aquarius II and thought it looked nice.
Quiet cooling that could be ran on a normal PSU. Then looking deeper, it isnt so good. As has been said you can make better for the price. I suppose that it would be better as a starter kit, although if someone is that scared then watercooling might not be worth the worry. Im prepared to do a lot of research to make my 1st project work. Hopefully my relations do manage to find the time to come over to the UK from the US and I might save some £'s or $'s :) |
