AquaClear 3000

Does anybody have any experience with this pump?
I just found it in a pet shop, but I'm not buying it until I know how it performs and how LOUD it is...

I did the search on the forums here, seems that only Fragn'stien (maybe) have one.

Any info on this one appreciated!

Thx ppl!

/edit: Yeah, I'm aware that mounting of this pump could become an issue...;)

most of those small power head pumps are pretty similar in performance watt for watt, it'll perform adequately enough in a normal single cpu-rad loop.
Aquaclear have been in the aquarium pump business for a long time, I'd say you could bet on their pumps being pretty quiet.

I recently made up a bit of a guide to modding a pump to run in-line, you may find it of use.
