Ah i answered to your other question without looking where you were from :)

You're a fellow European so your options are:
- D-Tek -> they ship internationally
- Danger Den -> the same
- Innovatek (from various sources, mainly in Germany) -> costly in my opinion, for what you get
- Aquacomputer -> they ship in Europe (you'll have to pay in Euros) and their product line is great (3/8" all around, though) and they have good prices.

You could get a CuPlex Evo + Eheim 1048 from Aquacomputer, their rads (airplex) are made out of alu though, i'd order a heatercore somewhere else.
Or you can order a TC-4 + Eheim 1048 + heatercore with shroud from D-Tek. I already ordered stuff from them and they're OK (good feedback, nice people, great products)
I also ordered stuff from DangerDen and everything went smoothly, great service.
As for Cooltechnica i cannot answer... People from the US seem to appreciate their service quality, but i don't know about Europeans.

I would like to have a danger den maze 3 & black ice pro. a eheim 1048 I can buy in local store. Which site has both of the products and some cheap shipping? :)

Seriously the BiPro is not a stellar performer, by far. Unless you have severe room constraints, you should go at least with a BiX, or with a heatercore, which will provide the best performance for about $50 with shipping...
D-Tek and DangerDen have reasonable shipping rates.
If you insist on ordering a Blackice with a Maze3 try:
http://www.openjl.fr
they may ship everywhere in Europe, just ask them.
