where to buy copper?
 
dose any one know a place to get copper blocks at lower cost that mcmaster-carr?

Have you looked at www.onlinemetals.com There prices are pretty good so if they are what mcmasters are then they are not going to get much better. Only way I can get cheaper is to buy wholsale in 12ft long sticks.

Also you can run around your local machine shops and recylcling yards. They usually give you some for scrap prices if they have any.
