Well...what do you think of temp, bios etc?

Not bad with over a GIG of RAM in sockets 1 and 3 therby utilizing dual channel features.

Exos external system with Maze 3 and Radeon block from Danger Den

Temp probe shows only 28C but I don't think that would be very accurate since I located it on the underside of the Maze 3 water block; just outside the cpu socket.

I don't think the temp reading from the Asus motherboard is accurate either.

The Exos system has 3 fan settings:

Settings 1 and 2 are pretty equal in cooling 40C from bios and 32C from probe

Setting 3 ( louder so I won't keep it there) 36C from bios and 28C from probe

The only problem I'm having with the system is and exclamation mark in Device Manager for Memory Resource. I've did some hunting and I believe it has to do with USB keyboard/USB mouse being attached....they work but that exclamation point is still there

Exos external
Maze 3
Danger Den Radeon water cooler.

Got temps hitting 39C when I up my vcore to 1.75 ( as noted in bios ).

When set to default of 1.65V it's nice and cool at 30C.

I also had this crazy notion of running a hose from the exos into my mini- fridge

:D :D

Temps look fine.

I will say one thing though, you will get much better performance if you run with a CAS2 on your ram Vs. CAS 2.5. If you RAM cant handle 185 @ CAS2 then back it down a bit until it can. YOu WILL gain performance by backing down the FSB a bit and going CAS2.
