in-line system with HDD cooling (pics)

This is a setup I'm making for a friend, I did a quick job the first time and ended up with hoses and crap everywhere, so I thought I'd rectify the suitation.

The HDD cooling set up is to make sure his 240gig worth(over 4 drives) of storage doesn't cook in our hot queensland summer.

The pump is a resun 1200 (pow-3 I think) with my in-line mod, small enough to hang off the copper tubing (reducing vibration noise) water block is something I quickly knocked up, nothing special performance wise but adequate for the task (quiet being the aim, not overclocking) radiator is the heater core out of a datsun 120y, or 180b, I forget:o

note the fill tube, which comes directly out of the heatercore, fills/drains very easily.

I have a few questions, first from where do you drain the system, by the fill tube (i.e. topping down the case) ?
Next, don't you fear a leak springing from the tubing->pump attachment since the pump is suspended after the tubing ?
Finally, does this HDD cooling system allow noise insulation -> is it efficient enough ? Did you take any measurements (through S.M.A.R.T. function or with a temp probe) ?

yea tip the case over, drains nicely

not really, I've used a molecular bond plumbing adhesive to do the in-line pump mod, the barbs aren't coming off:D, they'll be clamped in the final install (pics we're from the overnight leak test) the pvc tubing should easily be able to support the weight of the pump, it's pretty light.

The system isn't together yet so I don't know, though the rest of the case will be sound damped, I'll see if the the HDD's are noticable when it's all together.
