Clear water?

No watter wetter...sorry pink isn't allowed in my case ;)

I have my distilled water with my blue UV dye. It's clear without UV and blue under UV.

Now all I need is a clear or blue (under normal light), corrosion inhibiting, algae preventing, non-hose-corroding additive to use for ambient temperature H20 cooling...

Anyone know something that fits the bill?

Hi,

this is the clearest i have found my self. When water is added it´s almost no colour in it.

ACfluid

it is from Aqua computers.

i don´t know if they have a US reseller but you could do a search :)

Blue: Silkolene ProCCA (thanks to Hmale). I can't tell you about all the properties, but that's one option (as if there were many...).

I am testing undilluted "Original Bc" Bacteriostatic treatment on a penny to see if any corrosion occurs. It is designed for humidifiers so I imagine it has negligable long term effects on plastic. Its clear as water. I will use that in my no Water Wetter havin WC system if it works out.

*EDIT added link to product..I bought it at Lowes

There's Jet-Dry and dish-washing rinsing products. They are slightly basic (pH>7), and kill surface tension. For bacteria i'd add a separate agent (which i did). The high pH may prevent corrosion, or i suppose so (random guess).

It says it has the same properties as the "red" watter wetter except for the the corrosion protection part.

So what could I add to it to prevent corrosion? BTW I'm using Swiftech MCW5000 and MCW50 blocks.
