restrictive=higher water volecity=good (if used properly)

Though this setup would be less restrictive than the white water I'd gauge.

I'd probably mill a "plenum" under both the inlet and outlet pairs.

Oh yeah, I didn't show that. Well, here's the plenum that allows water to reach all channels.

No experience with this block and pelts, but the channel area is 2.375"x1.875," so I would assume that this block would work great with pelts. The overall dimension of this block are 3.5"x2.75" It's huge compared to my normal socket A waterblocks.

One question for you guys. The base if just a flat plate, no cutouts. It fits fine on my friend's Dell P4 (2.0A) system, but I'm wondering if you think there would be any problems with other systems. Are there any known motherboards that require cutouts or anything for the P4?

no as far as I'm aware all p4 mobo's have the same keep out areas.
