Which to cool first GPU or NB?

OK, my waterblock for my VideoCard(GPU) will be in on monday or tuesday and I have a question, which would you send the water to first? The NorthBridge and then to the GPU or visa-versa, so basically which requires a cooler water temp, my water it quite cold so it shouldn't matter that much, but I would like your guys oppinions, FYI my water temp is 14.7C and my Core Temp is 18C, Oppinions wanted, thanks!!

Hmm ya know I guess it is all what you consider more important. I'd probably go to the NB first... just cuz i'm less concerned w/ my video card o/cing than I am w/ my FSB o/cing. If you don't think your mem can take a higher FSB or anything like that, then might as well send it to the video card first. Either way, they don't get too hot and the water temps before/after the NB or GPU won't differ TOO much.

Yep as long as you keep high enough flow rate, temp differential will stay minimal.
You'd better consider the best path for your tubing, the less turns the better...

I decided that I didn't like my Mag 5 pump, ordered a Rainbow Lifeguard pump, 1140 GPH! It is one of the quietest pumps on the market and can't wait to install it! So with 1140 GPH, I don't think it will matter :)

Definitely not... You can concentrate on a great hose layout now :) Dont forget to post photos for us.

The tubes should be the same way either way to the pump and rad, right, just put switch intake and exhaust on the pump and the flow is reversed. I am just starting my first watercooling system, so I am dumb, but that sounds how it should work...

I say NB first, then peltiered ( ;)) GPU. Hot stuff last... NB won't heat up that much to impede cooling of the GPU...

well, good news and bad news, the bad news is that the block would not fit(without serious mods), he is building me a custom block as we speak, the good news is that I have the Rainbow pump running, 1140 GPH at the pump and get this 3 gallons per minute at the return line, none of my other pumps EVER came close to that number, also, it is so quiet that I can barely tell its running, I highly recommend this pump, remember it is an inline pump and cannot be submerged. Just an educated guess that my system is at about 25psi, how sweet is that.

Haha sounds awesome. How much did it cost? Another thing you could consider with that much flow rate is a distribution block. Think of a waterblock that gets feed from the pump and then has 3 outlets... a 1/2" one for the CPU, a 3/8" one for the VC, and a 3/8" one for the NB. Then they all return to another distribution block, go through a radiator, and back to the pump. Just a fun thing to consider ;).

I do have a distribution block, 1/2" in , two outlets, 1/2 and 3/8(with a bushing to a 1/4), actually, I have 2 dist blocks, inlet and a return dist block :), all I could fit in this mini mid-tower, pump cost me $97 + shipping, finally all 3/4" fittings, pictures are soon to come, my storage container now holds 12 gallons+ 2 gallons in the lines :)
