Socket 603/604 Xeon WB's
I've been building AMD machines so long I've lost touch with the Intel world, so please spare my lack of Pentium 4 knowledge.......I've recently build a dual Xeon machine (see sig) with retail heatsinks and fans.......extremely loud and annoying!....so it's time to water cool.
Are the bolt patterns on the motherboard different from a standard P4 to a Xeon?......If so, anyone have dimensions?......who makes a waterblock to fit a Xeon pattern?......can I redrill, or modify a P4 block to fit?......TIA |
socket 423 uses the same holes as 603/4, and you can still buy socket 423 P4 waterblocks from dangerden.com

there is a Xeon version of the MCW-5000, might want to take a look at that.
