Totaly HANDMADE WBs...almost done...(pics)

Hi, these are my waterblock i've been working on...there is long way till they will be finished cos i can only work on weekends but still....decided to share with you guys....
Everything is handmade....NO MAJOR POWERTOOLS like mills and stuff....all work was done in the kitchen of my appartment (poor neighbours) as u can see on some pics...
i used dremel, handdrill,HANDSAW(YES i sawed it by hand..took hell of a lot time and my right hand:)...don't have a hacksaw)
to cut the channels i first wanted to use dremel like i did before but this piece of copper is 3/8 thick so dremel would not work....so i bought some cutting disk at HomeDepot and used it in my drill....also PITA...but hey feels rewarding in the end...
they are CPU, NB, GPU and HDD Blocks(no pics of it yet-in progress)...

feel free to look at other pics at the site...

i try to document the whole work...i've done some progress since then but need to borrow webcam from a friend to make some new pics...
tell me what u think...
and BTW i got a question.....u see the CPU WB was done with the "center" inlet and the pattern right in the middle of the block....but then i found out that the core is shifted 1.5mm to the left...so i don't know what to do..should i drill the mounting holes 1.5mm to the right....they wouldn't look pretty but hey as long as it works best....BTW the base is 1mm thick in the middle...once im done lapping the other side it will be even less.....
More pics comming soon after this weekend....

Yeah just move the holes over. Looking good for what you have! It should work pretty good. May consider a nozzel of some kind with that thin of a base though.
