the water was meant to come out on the side...with a straight nippel...but when i drilled the hole i destroyed the entire block...fück this.

As the shitty drillpress was 10 meter closer to me then my mill, I used that to drill with...

first wet sandpaper up to 800 or 1200. the autosol.

Dude! You need to get a drill chuck for that mill.

I agree with Jaydee. Just fill it in ,and use a vise this time! Or just solder a thin peice of copper on there and buff it down real nice, and you really wont even be able to tell its there.

Bladerunner seems to have got the nack of polishing copper.
