i got this heat core, from a chevrolet (actually its an opel) corsa.

any idea how to attach a fan shroud to it?

i putted those automatic conectors. the ID is 8mm, not too big, but enough for my pump.

the size is 19x16x4 cm

maybe have the 2 sides of the shroud overlap the heater cores sides and use velcro to secure it.

thanks for the ideas.

but i was thinking on using screws. but i cant figure how to put them. because i cant get the screws pass between the heatcore fins.

sure you can, how do you think most people secure their cores? just use some long, thin bolts. you should be able to find some at your local hardware store.

or if you cant find bolts, try looking for thin, threaded metal rods (kinda like a long bolt without the head). then just use some wingnuts of something to screw it down. i believe this is the same thing DTek uses to secure their shrouds to the core (yup, click here) :p
