You'll need hose barbs to fit the hose you are using. Take the impeller housing into Home Depot's plumbing section, and try the various fittings until you find the ones you need. They have 3/8" brass and plastic hose barbs in many different threads, one of which will fit your pump. Make sure you get some plumbers teflon tape or Plubmers Goop to seal the threads and stop leaks.

Depends on what you are cooling. The Hayden stacked plate transmission coolers work quite well, but you may want to look at rads from Danger Den or Overclock Watercool

The Mag-Drive pump needs 1/2 Male IPS thread X 3/8 Barb, and a 1/2 Female IPS thread X 3/8 Barb. Also get 1/2 teflon tape, and apply 5 full wraps. Won't leak. Be careful when tightning, hand tight then 3 turns with a wrench. Sizes does matter here, so don't a 18" pipe wrench, use a small cresent or channel locks. If you crack the pump housing, see the Pro Cooling Mag-Drive guide.
