Water Cooling.. Show me the light!!

I need to know the good the bad and the ugly about it..

i have asked another forum and they have given me this info so far..

"H2o cooling is the way to go for serious overclocking, or even a Vapochill/Promethea phase change unit if you have loads of money...

I'd order your kit from the US, D Tek specificaly. They'll have the White Water for sale soon, coupled with one of their heatercores and shroud/shrouds and an Ehiem1250 or Iwaki MD15rZt (Z is high head/pressure model) you'll have the best straight H2o rig you can buy..."

now i woudl like to start trying to look around and see what and how much money can buy.. i dont want to go nuts with it, i just want to keep my cpu cool, keep the noise level down and just get a few more mhz out of my cpu, if i can..
im looking at spending enough (so im guessing no more than about £200, i think thats about $300 or so US dollars) as i have no idea what price things are or whats best to pay, i need you guys help!! any ideas, review links of anything is mostly appreaited!! thanks!!
ps. i have found [L=this..]http://www.cpucity.co.uk/acatalog/Water_Cooling.html[/L] but im not sure how good it is...
