Extreme cooling questions and help needed?!
 

Ok, i'm using an old slot A kryotech connected to a custom home made water block to chill my water.
I've got a swiftech mcw-5000A, mcw-50 and danger den zblock chipset cooler.
also BIX, not going to power the fan on the BIX, unless I decide to control temps that way.
Ok, testing system today.
NO LOAD on it at all, meaning, I haven't powered on the pc..
just testing the watercooling for leaks, and I wanted to see how low the water temps would get with the kryotech.
Temps got to 55F when I powered it off, as I noticed condensation forming.
My questions here, looking at various sites on the web and threads in the forumns here..
I need to use silicone to seal up the cpu socket?
use dielectric grease in the cpu socket pin holes?
Do I need to use dielectric grease on the top of the cpu as well?

also, do I need to use silicone or D.G. on the 9700pro? and if so, where and how?
I apologize for asking these questions, i've never done anything this extreme, and I don't want to fry anything.
obviously when the cooling systems under load, the temps might not get that low...but I just don't want to take any chances..
the dew point was really low today, hence the 55F when condesation started.
Also, any other thoughts or ideas on this?
