It appears the 2 sections weren't cut out the same way. One is ruff, the other smoother edges. What did you do to fine cut or smooth those sides out to be so close to the same size?

Well, I only "finished" (I don't know the right word) the one block, the solded it together, and then "finished" them both... BTW... Thanks for the kind words... |
