Water flow sensor design...

Does anyone have machines that would be able to make something like this (and look good) and how much would anyone charge for doing something like this.

What I'm doing is I riped a fan from my stock AMD air cooler and I'm using the hall effect sensor and electronics to just plug it in to my cpu fan plug and if I loose flow it'll look like my fan died and my system will shut down automaticly. The prop would be free spinning and the magnets should be able to be picked up from the hall switch without the mags playing havic with other parts of my system.

If anyone has any thoughts, tips, improvments etc. Please feel free to post!
p.s. I'm ok with aluminum.

Look at this thread, I made a flow indicator very similar like your idea, just didn't have time to evolve it to flow sensor. The magnet and hall effect idea is good, but make sure that the magnets are strong enuff to trigger the hall eff. device outside of the box, and to balance the impeller (with magnets) properly.

And ofcourse, post the pics!!!;)
