What your thought on shipping products?
 

Some people want you to ship the product to them first without paying, and they say they will send you money when they get the product. Hmmmmm.
Im new to this and I just wanted your input on the subject.

Either way you can get ripped off, but it is a common business practice to get money then give the product. Your the one selling the product, you should get the money for it then ship it. Unless the person is trustworthy enough, but if they are then they should trust you enough to ship the product when you ge the money. If there is any lack of trust then don't do it. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet though. I bought a Hydrothruster pump for $50 from a forum member here I didn't know well. It's a $130 pump so to me it was worth the risk. Luckily I didn't get burned and ended up with a near new pump.

I personally would never ship first on anything of much value unless I knew the person well enough.
